Short, plain rules for playing Sivon.
By using Sivon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Sivon is an exploration game offered as it is, without warranties. Features can change, pause or end. Progress lives in your browser and can be lost when site data is cleared.
Places on the map are examples. We have no arrangement with them and nothing is installed there. If you visit, you do so at your own choice and risk: follow local laws, respect people and property, stay aware of traffic and surroundings, and never enter private or closed areas.
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not use names or mottos that impersonate others, harass, mislead, advertise or point to scams.
Profiles can be hidden after reports or by moderators. Badges and profiles are not NFTs, carry no value and cannot be traded.
$SIVON is a community token on Solana. It is not an investment product and gives no ownership, yield or claim on anything. Any utility described on the site is planned and may never ship. Crypto tokens can lose all value; only use money you can afford to lose.
You control your own wallet. Sivon only asks for message signatures and never for a transaction, seed phrase or private key.
To the extent the law allows, Sivon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, visiting places, or holding or trading any token.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
