This page explains what Sivon handles when you play and what stays with you.
Sivon keeps your game progress in your own browser. Your location is used only inside the page, only after you ask for it, and is never stored or sent to us. The only thing our server stores is a profile you choose to publish with a wallet signature, plus reports and abuse limits.
Location is only read after you press a location button and your browser asks for permission. The position is used in the page to draw your dot, measure distance and decide an on-site stamp. It is never written to storage, never added to a profile and never sent to our server. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap servers, which see the map area being viewed, as with any web map.
When you publish, the server stores your explorer name, avatar choice, optional motto, badge list, mission and on-site counts, the signing wallet address and dates. All of it is public. It is kept for up to a year after the last update. Removing it with a signature deletes it right away.
A report stores the reporting wallet, the reason and an optional short note, so each wallet counts once. To stop abuse the server also keeps short-lived counters per network address and per wallet. Moderator decisions are stored next to the profile.
To show balances and network data the site reads public Solana data through a read-only relay, SOL prices from OKX or CoinGecko, and, once the token is live, price and liquidity from the public DexScreener API (server side). Chart links open DEXTools. Wallet addresses are public on Solana by nature. The site never requests a transaction.
Seed phrases, private keys, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers or identity documents. Anyone asking for these in our name is not us.
